We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and tidy. We particularly liked the breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient too; with easy access to transportation and parking available.

The restaurant offers good food and has friendly staff. Some of the rooms have proper views. A few guests have reported comfortable mattresses and easy access to hot water in the bathroom.
The front desk staff have been unresponsive and unwelcoming, and the hotel lacks basic amenities.

During my xmas stay in this hotel, I enjoyed some really great features. the stunning view from my room is something that I cannot forget. , the hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city with ease. the warm hospitality of the hotel staff was also a great advantage.
I must admit that there were some negative aspects to my stay as well. The cleanliness of some areas, such as curtains and mattress, was not up to my expectations.

The food at the restaurant was delicious with attentive staff members, and the location was conveniently close to popular attractions and amenities. the room had comfortable beds with clean linens and towels.
The staff at the front desk were unresponsive and unwelcoming, and the basic amenities were lacking, including poor lighting, no hot water, as well as stained curtains and mattresses. the overall experience left much to be desired and we would not recommend staying at this hotel again.
